Below are what we have so far for the 3v3 All Weap TDM Ladders. If you or anyone you know plays TDM and want to voice your opinion about what should and should not go into the Ladder, this is the time to speak up. Once Ladders get established in the future, we will solely depend on the Ladder suggestion form submitted by FPSWars users and go from there. We want to build around what the community wants, within reason, and not what the Ladder site wants and force its users to accept it. ========================================= Format: ========================================= Format: Game: Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (REQUIRED) Game Version: 1.11 (REQUIRED) GameType: Team Death Match (TDM) (REQUIRED) Game Setup: Number of Maps: 1 or 2 (NEGOTIABLE) Number Of Rounds Per Map: 2 ?? Number Of Rounds Per Side: 1 ?? TimeLimit Per Round: 10:00 ?? We can possibly put 20:00 minutes per round, having two rounds per map, which will cause the Match to take around 40:00 minutes to complete. If we have two maps, then we would consider making the time limit 10:00 minutes per round. If not, it would take nearly 80:00 minutes (1hr 20min) to complete two maps (40:00 minutes per map), which is quite a long time to play a Match. Keep that in mind if you decide to voice your opinion on Number of Maps and TimeLimit per Round. ?? Weapons: Rocketlauncher: Not Allowed (By Default. See Misc. Rules below) ?? Shotgun: Not Allowed (By Default. See Misc. Rules below) ?? Sub-Machine Gun: Allowed Machine Gun: Allowed Rifle: Allowed Sniper: Allowed Pistol: Allowed Grenade: Allowed If we allow both the Rocketlauncher and Shotgun, then maybe we can consider creating an identical type Ladder but call it HardCore and leave this one as-is.?? ========================================= Scoring: ========================================= A match is played over one map (or two), suggested by the Challenged Team; picked by the Challenging Team. Both clans will play each side once (Allies and Axis), so a match will be two rounds (or four) in total. The total Frags of both Rounds (sides) will decide who the winner of the Match is. |

I really don’t play TDM Matches a lot but I do play in some. I personally think the time should be different for each round. 20 minutes seems long. |

I agree. If the timelimit per round was 20min then it would most likely be played on one map that way the match would potentially take only 40min to complete, since there is a static timelimit til a round finishes, unlike obj where the players' gameplay determine how long the round takes. A basic 4v4 obj scrim usually takes around 35-40min to complete anyway, so this would possibly be the same. This is especially true when players/teams use tactic and approach the obj at a slow pace. |
